Any foreign individual can be turned away at the Canadian Border if they have a prior conviction. We recommend applying for approval, to enter Canada, prior to your arrival. Canada Border Crossing will assist you every step of the way. We understand the application process can be extremely stressful. Once the application is complete it will be submitted to the Canadian Government Visa office for processing. The approval process can take up to 4-6 months.
