ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY OPENS DOORS IN CANADA TO ASSIST BANDS AND PERFORMERS CROSSING INTO CANADA TO PERFORM

Toronto, ON — August 12, 2022 – Cindy (Sutch) Whitelaw Entertainment is pleased to announce the official launch of the Live Entertainment Company in Canada. The goal is to help bands and performers traveling into Canada experience a seamless process for all parties involved.

Cindy Whitelaw Entertainment, founded by Cindy (Sutch) Whitelaw, offers assistance with Advanced Border Notification documentation to U.S. Artists, Tour Managers and their management teams along with Talent Buying Services.

“The pandemic was a seismic event for the music industry resulting in impacts on many businesses and artists. Coming out of the pandemic, after receiving numerous calls from tours, I decided it was time to form my own entertainment company,” says Sutch-Whitelaw.

With a proven track record of over 10-years experience previously working for Catherine Faint Entertainment, Cindy Whitelaw has extensive experience handling artists entering Canada to perform at various venues including Casinos as an Immigration Consultant.

Border Crossing Assistance is a 24×7 job and Cindy Whitelaw Entertainment is proud to offer this service.

“Being available day and night by phone, text or messaging is crucial in this industry. I have had many calls in the middle of the night ranging from CBSA officers inquiring about a tour or from band members who have lost their passport,” says Cindy.

Assisting tours entering Canada with the completion of the Advanced Border Notifications, IMM60’s, applications to overcome criminal inadmissibility, TRP’s, Visa’s and the new ArriveCan App are a few of the ways Cindy Whitelaw Entertainment can help. The company also offers tour manager support with logistics, planning and backstage assistance.

“Would give ten stars if it were available. We are a country music band and tour extensively in Canada, and abroad. Cindy Whitelaw Entertainment fully exceeds our expectations. She makes the border crossing experience a total breeze for us. I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else,” said a recent U.S. tour manager from Nashville.

The newly formed company also offers Talent Buying services to non-profit organizations, private sector companies, gala events, festivals, and fairs. Cindy has booked many artists for clients such as Randy Bachman from the Guess Who, Aaron Pritchett, James Barker Band, Madeline Merlo, George Canyon, Doc Walker, Charlie Major, The Good Brothers, Dan Clancy, Ben Hudson and many others.

“Finding the perfect band for our clients is our business. Watching the event come together combined with the beautiful smiles across the audiences faces provides an exceptional feeling for everyone involved after enduring the pandemic,” says Sutch-Whitelaw.
